You will be responsible for organizing and delivering all events at the property, coordinating with customers, Sales and other relevant operational departments and to ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event and post-event phases. Events Manager ensures that our events have a seamless turnover from sales to service and back to sales, while creating a unique Mamula team spirit, culture and identification.


  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience of Events management with a strong hospitality and/or DCM background.
  • Excellent negotiation skills; excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dedicated leader who loves enabling the full potential in others.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with resort guests, employees, outsourced staff, contractors, vendors and suppliers.
  • Demonstrates effective decision-making skills; taking information and establishing actions necessary.
  • Works independently & autonomously; applies integrative thinking to take necessary actions.
  • Manages multiple tasks, maintaining quality, accuracy and speed of completion. .
  • Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes.
  • Recognizes an emergency situation and takes appropriate action.
  • Language skills: fluency in English (speaking and writing), good working knowledge of the local language is a strong preference.
