The Commis Chef is responsible for assisting the Senior Chef on duty with preparation and cooking all food items for the restaurants, whilst adhering to all health and food safety guidelines. You will assist in food production, receiving delivery, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen and food safety standards and other support duties instructed by the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef.
The Commis Chef goal is to demonstrate and help maintain high levels of service, while creating a unique Mamula team spirit, culture, and identification. They succeed in their role if they work as an integral part of the team, providing the most efficient level of support to the team members, while producing a quality product in a timely manner.
  • High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role

Demi Chef de Partie

Demi Chef de Partie is responsible for maintaining a high level of food quality as per culinary standards, whilst following menus, recipe formats, and directions as outlined. Your goal is to set an example to Commis Chefs through your passionate and practical approach, while creating a unique Mamula team spirit, culture, and identification. IT Specialist

IT Specialist contributes to this vision by creating and implementing IT policies and best practice, providing technical assistance to all users on a daily basis and ensuring that computers, printers, networks, and devices funcion efficiently. You will be responsible for conducting routine evaluations of network and data security to make sure that software licences are in accordance with relevant regulations and the organization is safe from cyber attacks at all times.
  • College-level course work in computer science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role with a focus on managing software/hardware inventory and client technical support
  • Expert level in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiar with a range of software and hardware
  • Experience managing IT projects from planning phase to implementation
  • Experience with cloud security
  • Security certification and/or training
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Spa Manager

You will be responsible for driving and leading the operational and financial direction of Spa, ensuring complete viability of the department, maximizing all opportunities and resources. At the same time, we expect you to set the highest standards of service and make sure the team adheres to them. You will work closely with the hotel management in establishing and maintaining Spa marketing objectives, operating criteria, programming, budgeting, VIP guest visits, staff relations and training.
Resourcefulness and reliability coupled with an in depth understanding of the Spa, Wellness and Hospitality industries and a corresponding experience within a luxury setting are a must for this role.
