The Gym Instructor contributes to our vision by ensuring the guests receive the highest quality of service leading to experience that will encourage return of our guests while ensuring commitment to Mamula ethos. You will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance, cleanliness, and preparation of all areas of the Spa, in order to create a smooth running and 5-star experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum experience of 3 years in similar capacity, experience in luxury hospitality industry will be considered an asset.
  • Relevant Diploma(s) for the role is mandatory.
  • Resourcefulness and reliability with an in depth understanding of the spa, wellness and hospitality industry or willingness to learn.
  • Effective communication and guest service skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly with resort guests, employees, outsourced staff, contractors, vendors and suppliers
  • Ability to work in high stress conditions
  • Language skills: fluency in English (speaking and writing), good working knowledge of the local language is a strong preference
