The Guest Experience Manager directly supervises all Guest Experience team members and ensures proper completion of all guest experience duties. The GEM’s goal is to attract guests, drive sales and develop business, while creating a unique Mamula team spirit, culture and identification. You succeed in your role if you work as an integral part of the team, maintaining safety and industry standards, resulting in high guest and employee satisfaction while remaining within the departmental budget.

Requirements

  • University degree
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the Front Office
  • Previous leadership experience in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and management skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Dedicated leader who loves enabling the full potential in others
  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize and oversee multiple projects
  • Ability to be flexible, and self-motivated
  • Ability to take quick action to resolve emergency field maintenance requests
  • Must be able to diagnose problem quickly and accurately and recommend and effect required solutions
  • Ability to forecast needs for resources, and to plan and assess problems and develop realistic solutions
  • Ability to negotiate effectively
  • Ability to manage a budget
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Flexible and stress resistant personality 
  • Advanced computer skills, good command of Microsoft Office and affinity to work with other IT tools
  • Language skills: fluency in English (speaking and writing), good working knowledge of the local language is a strong preference
