Under the guidance of Restaurant / Bar Manager:

- Organizing and coordinating service in station
- Ordering , pick up and delivery of all food and beverage to work station and guests
- Keeping the work station in good order according to the hygienic standards at all times
- Serving the dishes at the table and explaining them to the guests
- Escalating guest feedback to superiors

Requirements

  • High motivation to work in the service industry in a high-level fine dining restaurant setting, creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • Good knowledge of international food and beverages.
  • Comfort in speaking to well-travelled guests.
  • High proficiency in English, second language is an asset.
  • Appreciate diversity among guests and team members.
