Demi Chef de Partie is responsible for maintaining a high level of food quality as per culinary standards, whilst following menus, recipe formats, and directions as outlined. Your goal is to set an example to Commis Chefs through your passionate and practical approach, while creating a unique Mamula team spirit, culture, and identification. You succeed in your role if you work as an integral part of the team, ensuring the very best use of the produce and preservation techniques that we use, resulting in high guest and employee satisfaction, while following the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.


  • High school diploma and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality industry will be considered an asset
  • Resourcefulness and reliability with an understanding of the different cuisines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues
  • Ability to work in high stress conditions
  • Language skills: fluency in English (speaking and writing), good working knowledge of the local language is a strong preference
